Do I have to pay to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. We only ask for payment once you have accepted a written quote and asked us to issue the tickets.
What is an "ethnic fare" and why is it cheaper?
Ethnic fares are special contract rates airlines make available through agencies for routes with a large diaspora community, such as Italy to Pakistan or India. They are not published on public booking websites and often include a greater baggage allowance than the cheapest online ticket.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No agency can, and you should be cautious of anyone who promises otherwise. Visas are granted at the discretion of the consulate. What we do is make sure your file is complete, correct and submitted properly, which removes the most common reasons for refusal.
How far in advance should I book Umrah?
For a standard Umrah, six to eight weeks is comfortable. For Ramadan — especially the last ten nights — book three to four months ahead, as hotels near the Haram and flights from Milan fill up early. Hajj quotas are set by the Saudi authorities and need considerably more notice.
Which languages do you speak at the office?
Italian, English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Arabic. You are welcome to explain your trip in whichever of these you find easiest.
How can I pay?
You can pay at the office by card or cash, or by bank transfer. We issue a regular Italian invoice or receipt for every booking. We never ask for card details over WhatsApp, email or social media — if you receive such a request, it is not from us.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No, you are welcome to walk in Monday to Saturday between 09:30 and 19:30. If your case is complex — a multi-city trip or a difficult visa — calling ahead means we can set aside proper time for you.
What happens if my flight is cancelled while I am abroad?
Call or message us. Because we issued the ticket, we can see your booking and deal with the airline directly on your behalf, rather than you waiting in an airport queue or on hold with a call centre.
